Pieter Kotze Properties cc was established in Pretoria in 1995. Operating in Durbanville from 2003 and under the Pieter Kotze brand since 2012.

Most of our landlord clients are doing business with us for more than 5 years, many closer to 10 years.

We strive to be professional and fair to our tenant clients, making sure Maintenance issues are sorted out fast, proper records are being kept and friendly service received from rental agents and admin personnel.
